Search Engine Marketing Managers - Will assist in the strategic development, management and execution of various Search Engine Marketing campaigns for numerous clients. Must have at least 1 year of experience managing Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter campaigns. Ability to provide forecasts, reporting, and updates as necessary. Manage ROI across all campaigns within a specified budget. Develop, test, and analyze key words, descriptions, bidding strategies and landing page URLs to maximize results, drive volume and reach target goals. Candidates should be self-starting individuals with strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Advertising/Integrated Marketing Communication.

Account Managers - Will act as a link between clients and the agency. Responsible for the day-to-day running of their clients' campaigns, including managing administrative and organizational work, and ensuring that this is completed on time and on budget. Works collaboratively with SEM managers to develop campaign strategy. Oversees the status of campaigns, communicates with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns and is responsible for meeting all deadlines. Ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in new media, but not a prerequisite. Must be extremely organized, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, superb time management skills and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Advertising/Integrated Marketing Communication.

Sales Associate - This candidate must have a strong record of prior outside sales success (3+years, preferably in the automotive sector). Must be able to develop and maintain quality relationships with automotive dealers. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of online media and be able to provide a consultative sales-assessment of their client's Internet advertising needs. Will work in a cross-functional team environment where the main focus is to service client relationships while achieving superb client business results. Excellent communication (written, oral, and listening) and organizational skills are essential. Ability to develop Power Point presentations a plus. Bachelors degree.
