Regional Sales Managers receive a competitive compensation and benefits package. As a fast growing agency, we have a need for someone with 5 or more years of proven sales experience. Media sales industry is preferred and automotive industry sales is a plus. The hired Regional Sales Manager will shoulder the immediate responsibility of expanding the company’s client list and becoming highly familiar with the principles of Search Engine Marketing (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Online Display and other forms of digital advertising) and how best to sell the related products and services.

Job Responsibilities• Managing a defined territory with travel required
• Report to VP of Sales
• Work independently through entire new account process - prospecting, targeting and outreach
• Demonstrate superior selling, negotiation, communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced culture
• Evaluate and maintain accounts through proactive internal and client communication
• Expand expertise of digital marketing. Embody mission, culture, ethics and L2T standards
Qualifications• 5+ years of generating new business, structuring/ negotiating agreements a demonstrated track record of identifying and executing successful partnerships with clients and coworkers
• Experience structuring and negotiating agreements
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and think strategically to generate resourceful solutions
• Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate our solution for client's needs
• Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking
• Solid understanding of Internet business models and web technologies
• Bachelor's degree required
• Media sales expertise preferred; Automotive industry sales and/or experience is a plus
• Passion for online media and Google's products and services
• Highly motivated, ambitious, self-starter with a proven ability to engage and influence decision makers
