    •Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist & hiring managers to understand the needs of the position.
    •Strategic sourcing & selection of candidates through various resources
    •Develop & maintain working relationships with vendors, community & professional organizations
    •Provide accurate information to candidates about the company & position
    •Stay current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, & federal & state law regarding employment practices
    •Write & present materials to internal & external audiences, including small group presentations.
    •Provide back-up receptionist responsibilities to the Office Manager

    • Proficiency with Linkedin Recruiter
    •Cross-train in complementary roles & fill-in as necessary
    •Proven track record of flawless execution, attention to detail & quality assurance

  • Mastery of all Associate level soft skills
    •Compelling written & verbal communication skills
    •Successful cold calling & behavioral interviewing
    •Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
    •Work independently & as part of a team
    •Escalate critical issues
    •Propose optimal solutions to business problems
    •Expert advisor & collaborator within L2TMedia for all roles
    •Support Talent Acquisition Specialist by providing guidance to overcome any hiring obstacles

    •Contribute to the big picture
    •Recognize when issues will have downstream impact & alert affected partners

  • Mastery of all TDR’s at Associate level.
    •Data analytics
    •Support associate level as a resource

    •Use talent sourcing/research skills & relationship management to build talent pipelines
    •Source candidates through a variety of methods
    •Educate, excite & sell candidates on both the opportunity & the organization
    •Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews & present qualified candidates to hiring manager
    •Attend online & in-person networking events & communities
    •Comfortable in front of EMT
    •Build solid working relationships with internal stake holders
    •Manage in-house databases, ATS & maintain data integrity
    •Mentor junior team members in talent acquisition best practices
